Shipping and Returns
When will I get my order?
We ship orders daily and most orders are processed in 1-3 business days. The time it takes for your items to arrive will depend on the type of shipping you choose at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please refer to this since it will give you the most up to date information on the location of your package.
Due to the delicate nature of the pins and other items in the shop, all sales are considered FINAL. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send me and email email@example.com. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response and will help resolve it as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of any items. We do not offer any exchanges at this time, so should a return be accepted, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only (SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED PREVIOUSLY). Item must be in it’s original condition with all original packaging.
